CULTURE BY DESIGN

"An organization's culture defines the proper way to behave within the organization. This culture consists of shared beliefs and values established by leaders and then communicated and reinforced through various methods, ultimately shaping employee perceptions, behaviors and understanding." - SHRM

 

This one day training can support organizations in either defining new values for their organization or elevating their current organizational values.  Once this is done, the team looks at how to operationalize these values so they do not just become some pretty words on a website.  

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Participant workbook complete with content and guided practice exercises

  • Interactive sessions to have "real talk" 

  • Lead trainer with over 15,000 hours of course facilitation
