Being a leader is more than a title, leaders exist in all positions of your organization.  This one day training will have team members diving into several core characteristics of leadership.

This training focuses on identifying values to build trust, active listening, directive vs. developmental conversation tools, creating a culture of feedback, and how to develop a coaching mentality through the use of powerful questions.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Team members will take a deep dive to identify their professional values to understand where conflict and/or collaboration may occur within the group

  • Team members will understand the difference between directive and developmental conversations and how this impacts others

  • Team members identify their own strengths and areas of improvement and how to best develop the team around their identified professional competencies

  • Team members will reflect their ability to give effective feedback and develop an effective team through the use of powerful questioning

REQUIREMENTS for PARTICIPATION

  • Ability to attend all full workshop

  • Positive and open attitude
